Shooting Range to Move to Pendelton

Due to complaints in the last couple of years about loud gunshots from the city's outdoor firing range, Mayor Jim Wood says that the police firing range of Camp Pendelton will be moved in the "near future."
In a meeting Col. James B. Seaton III, commanding officer at Camp Pendleton, Mayor Wood has been informed that the Marine Corps base will have a range available for training and test shooting later this month where the police could train and test their shooting.
